MGM Grand Detroit Promotes Juliette Okotie-Eboh to Sr. VP Community Affairs/Administration

Juliette Okotie-Eboh will be assuming the role of Sr. Vice President, Community Affairs/Administration at MGM Grand Detroit Casino effective immediately. George Boyer, President and COO of MGM Detroit Grand says, Ms. Okotie-Eboh’s professional experience, as well as, her knowledge of the gaming industry has prepared her for this opportunity. She will continue to be responsible for all aspects of community affairs for MGM Grand Detroit, including its outreach programs. Ms. Okotie-Eboh, a member of The Renaissance Chapter of The Links, Inc., will also lead MGM Grand Detroit’s administration including employee scheduling practices and all Diversity initiatives.
Ms. Okotie-Eboh joined MGM Grand Detroit in April, 2003 as the Vice President of Community Affairs. Before joining MGM Grand Detroit, she was employed by The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) where she served as Senior Vice President and Ombudsman and managed all diversity initiatives. Her education includes a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD from the University of Michigan, both in urban and regional planning.
